At Lakeway Regional Hospital, these services are designed especially for your privacy and convenience. Located in the hospital's Radiology Department, we have a new mammography unit combined with "ImageChecker" L5  Computer-Aided Detection System which aids your physician in locating abnormalities. The GE/Diamond mammography unit is ergonomically designed for patient comfort as well as having eight different auto point detectors to evaluate breast density.

To schedule your mammogram, follow these easy steps:                             Call 423-522-6320 and give your name, birthdate and primary care physician's name.

A physician's order is not required to schedule a mammogram, but the patient must provide the physician's name when an appointment is made. If the patient does not have a physician, a list will be provided for the patient's selection. All mammogram reports will be sent to the physician and follow-ups are the responsiblity of the patient.
