, based at Lakeway Regional Hospital, is an air ambulance service provided to the Lakeway Area and serves a 125 mile radius. This addition ensures the safe and timely transport of patients who require immediate medical transport.
Wings Air Rescue II
is a Bell 407 helicopter with a dedicated backup aircraft immediately available to provide service during times of maintenance. Each flight crew consists of an experienced pilot, registered nurse, and a paramedic. The air ambulance service has a proven track record for safe operation, excellence in patient care, and consistently courteous customer relations with 28 years of accident-free service.
