Lakeway Regional Hospitals Admission and Registration Department is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, located in the front lobby next to the Emergency Room.  All Admissions and Registrations are done in one area for your convenience. 

For additional scheduling, registration and admission information, all Departments may be reached from outside the facility by dialing (423) 522-6000 and then the extension number or (423) 522-extension#. If calling from within the facility, you need only to dial the four digit extension number. Should you need assistance, dial ”0” for the hospital switchboard operator who will gladly help in making your call.
